Who can play at Mystified Escape Rooms?
The games are designed for all adventurers ages 7-99! It is perfect for friends and family, date nights, and anyone up for a mental challenge. Youths ages 7-14 will need to be accompanied by a playing adult. Players ages 15-17 will need to submit a waiver with a guardian signature and phone number. Please forward the confirmation email to all players so that they can use that link to sign their waivers.
*Due to the nature of the puzzles, players under the age of 10 may find the challenge frustrating.
We are now implementing the following protocols:
All games are private games. You will not be sharing the game space with anyone other than your group.
Hints can now be given via walkie talkie upon request. Otherwise, hints may still be given in-person by your game master.
What is the cost to play?
Adults: $34.99 including all taxes and fees
Seniors/Active military*/Children under age 17: Adults: $31.99 including all taxes and fees
*Active military extends only to service personnel, not spouses and family members.
ALL GAMES ARE NOW PRIVATE GAMES. FOR THIS REASON WE NOW HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS REQUIRED FOR EACH GAME.
*If you need to purchase “filler” tickets to meet the requirement, you are welcome to purchase a youth ticket for $31.99.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
We understand life can be unpredictable! We will be happy to provide a rebook or refund with at least 24 hours notice. If someone in your party is showing signs of illness and you must cancel within 24 hours of your game, there can be no refund, but we are happy to rebook for a later date.
How do I book my escape?
Follow this Booking Link which will take you to our availability calendar and secure purchasing site. Our bookings are done via credit card online. However, if you would like to visit Mystified during business hours, we would be happy to assist you with your booking and cash payment (sorry no checks) .
Game reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.
What if I only have a party of 2 or 3 players?
While our games are designed for up to 8 players, smaller groups can still make a successful escape with communication and teamwork! Just note that you will have to purchase the minimum ticket requirement for the game of your choice to complete the booking.
What if I want a private escape game?

When should I arrive for my game?
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before your playing time. Once all players are present, you will be promptly asked to wash your hands and then ushered to your game orientation!
We take timing seriously at Mystified! If your party is late for their booking, and the game has already begun, you will have forfeited your game time, and no refunds will be given. No Exceptions!
What if I need to leave the game room?
If the adrenaline rush becomes too much, you are always able to leave the experience. We do provide a lovely lounge for you to enjoy while the rest of your party finishes their adventure.
What if my team gets stuck on a clue or puzzle?
Mystified game rooms are always being monitored by a Game Master. If your team decides they need help, the Game Master can be summoned for a hint. But be forewarned, we only give out 3 hints per game.
Is it scary or claustrophobic?
Our escape games are designed to provide ambiance matching the theme of the room, but they are never gory or inappropriate for older children. Players are never truly "locked" in the rooms (safety first!), so you can always step out if you feel uncomfortable. FYI- Most of our rooms are larger than the average bedroom, but there may be 7 other players in there with you...so you will have decide if that is right for you!
